I have gained significant experience working both on and offshore, in a variety of sectors since I began my career with ARPS in 2017. With the support of ARPS, I received my RPA Accreditation in 2022 which was a big deal for me. I joined the ranks of around 560 people who are classed as RPAs in the UK. There are not enough RPAs to cover all the different fields in radiation protection, so I am really proud to have achieved this.
Since joining ARPS in 2019, my career development has been supported with resources and training to allow myself, and the Group to develop and expand the services provided for our clients. My most recent accreditation from UKHSA in Selection, Use and Testing of Radiological Protection Instrumentation is a good example of training provided to support and bolster the monitors services we provide.
